Cheshire is a county in North West England, bordering Merseyside and Greater Manchester to the north, Derbyshire to the east, Staffordshire and Shropshire to the south and Wales to the west. Cheshire's county town is Chester but the largest town in the county is Warrington.

The county is very historic, although the county was much bigger in the Domesday Book than it is in modern times. Over time parts of Cheshire have been subsumed into other counties, with parts of the north of the country becoming part of Greater Manchester in 1974. While Hatton and Warrington have become unitary authorities in their own right, they remain part of Cheshire for ceremonial purposes.

Cheshire is famous for Cheshire cheese, salt and silk. It is a largely agricultural county, with many villages in the southern part of the county as well as larger towns such as CreweNantwich and Winsford. To the east of the county lies Congleton and Macclesfield while in the west Ellesmere PortNestonSaltney lie on the River Mersey. Cheshire contains two green belt areas with the North Cheshire Green Belt lying directly next to the Peak District Park.

The county is served by the M6 which runs north-south through the county, crossing through Knutsford and Sandbach, while the M56 connects the area around Ellesmere Port and Stockport. There are good transport links in the county which makes it very easy to get to places such as BollingtonMiddlewich and Poynton

There are a great deal of wedding venues in the county, including Adlington Hall near Handforth and Wilmslow and Vale Royal Abby near Northwich.

Weddings are supposed to be all about the happy couple on the best day of their lives. Wedding days are meant to be remembered for all the right reasons – such as the blushing bride, the handsome groom, the elegant setting and the delicious food. What really shouldn’t happen is for a wedding to be ruined by ripped table linen, dirty plates or there not being enough glasses to go around.

It’s commonplace these days for couples-to-be to want to take complete control of their wedding planning and costs. Our vision is to offer our customers a one-stop shop for everything from crockery to linen, and cutlery to furniture. All of our prices are available online, so that it’s easy to work out just how much the wedding hire you need will cost without having to go backwards and forwards getting quotes.

Whether it’s a party, a celebration or a huge blowout meal, getting an event right comes down to good planning. With the right glass hire it can be easy to make your event sparkle.

If you’re raising a glass to success it’s hard to go wrong with our Saxon Savoie champagne flutes. Like all of our glass hire, our flutes are all individually checked and cleaned before being packed in our special packing crates prior to delivery to you.

We have a huge selection of glasses for hire available so if it’s 50 or 500 guests drinking wine, cocktails or even beer we’re bound to have what you need.

Linen is a very important part of many special occasions. We have a wide variety of colours, shapes and sizes of linen to help you to find just what you require.

We stock linen in a range of different colours. You might be looking for a tablecloth so that your tables match a particular aesthetic; or it might you’re looking to use table runners to just add a detail of colour to your table. We have stock available to help work with either kind of idea.

Because banqueting tables come in various different sizes and shapes, so does our linen. We have linen to fit all the standard sizes of dining tables, and our team can help advise on what size linen you need depending on how much “drop” you want surrounding the tables.
