There is nothing better than champagne to toast success – and nothing better than proper champagne flutes and saucers to toast success with.
It’s safe to say that champagne glasses are one of the most popular items we hire. Whether it’s crystal or ordinary glass, flutes or saucers we have what you need to serve the bubbly at your next event or occasion.
There are two main styles of Champagne glasses for hire available. The basic style is the champagne flute, which is a tall and narrow glass bowl on a stem. Our standard size is 6oz although bigger ones are available if you’re pushing the boat out. These are commonly used for toasting at events and as glasses on a table.
The other style we offer are champagne saucers, which are also known as coupe glasses. These glasses are a short wide bowl on a stem and are more designed for sipping a drink than gulping it. Champagne saucers can also be used for cocktails as well, particularly things like Mimosas and Bellinis.
Cleaning glasses is a chore nobody wants to do, particularly after a big event or occasion. It's not only a chore though; our experience in glassware hire has taught us that most glass breakage occurs while it is being cleaned.
This is why we have made it compulsory for all glassware items to have the send it back dirty option added at checkout. All we ask our customers is that before they put glassware back in the boxes ready for collection, they make sure the glasses are empty of liquids and food debris.
All champagne glasses for hire are checked and cleaned prior to delivery. We use specialised packing crates to deliver our champagne and prosecco glasses for hire, which are designed to minimise any breakages in transit. However, we do recommend that you order a few more glasses than you actually need to prevent problems if unexpected breakages occur.
