Updated Coronavirus Advice – Updated October 21, 2020
With winter approaching, cases of coronavirus have risen dramatically again which has seen government at a local and national level impose restrictions on the movement of people. These restrictions have caused havoc with business and the events industry in particular, making for very challenging times.
We are now seeing regions enter higher tiers of restrictions which mean that people from different households cannot mix in a variety of settings, and that non-essential travel is not recommended.
This means it’s now imperative for any customer to make sure that their event complies with restrictions in place – and more importantly that they check any changes to restrictions that are made between the day of ordering and day of delivery.
We’ve seen how rapidly things can change and we must stress it’s imperative that customers contact us immediately should they need to update their order – this can be done by emailing email@example.com
If your event is postponed, then contact us with the new dates and we’ll move your order for you and confirm by email.
If your event needs to be cancelled, we can offer a credit note to 100% of the order which can be used against any event up to the end of 2021. We will also offer a credit note should you need to reduce your order to comply with restrictions.
Please note if those terms are unacceptable to you, then we must ask you not to place an order with us.
If you are unsure of what you need to do but think that delivery will not be possible, please get in contact so that we can place your order on hold pending your decision on what to do.
